1. Introduction
Welcome to Iron Swarm Command ("ISC," "the Bot"), a Discord bot operated by Faction 504 ("we," "us," or "our") for the game Iron Swarm. By using ISC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
Scope
These terms govern your use of ISC via Discord. Crowdfunding and purchases on antswithguns.com are subject to separate terms.
2. What We Collect
ISC collects minimal data necessary for functionality:

3. Email Usage
Your email address is used exclusively for:
- Password reset functionality — secure account recovery
- Crowdfunding verification — matching your Discord account to pledges made on antswithguns.com
Important
Backing Iron Swarm occurs separately on our website. When you create an account via Discord, we use your email to connect your pledge history. This is the only method we use to verify backer status and issue rewards.
What We Don't Do With Your Email
- No marketing emails (unless you separately opt in on our website)
- No sale or rental to third parties
- No use for advertising or tracking
4. Cryptocurrency Wallets
ISC generates custodial wallets for supported cryptocurrencies. We hold the private keys; you control access via your Discord account.

Supported Operations
- Deposits — Transfer crypto to your ISC wallet from external sources
- Withdrawals — Transfer crypto from your ISC wallet to external addresses
- Microtransactions — In-game purchases and peer-to-peer transfers
Custodial Notice
You do not hold the private keys. While you maintain full withdrawal rights, Faction 504 technically controls the wallets. This enables recovery options if you lose Discord access, but also means you must trust our security practices.
Transaction Limits
Withdrawals may be subject to verification steps, daily limits, and network fees. Large or suspicious transactions may trigger manual review for security purposes.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard measures including encryption at rest, secure API practices, and regular audits. However, no online system is completely secure. Use ISC at your own risk.
Cryptocurrency wallets are protected by multi-signature architecture and cold storage for significant balances. We maintain insurance reserves for operational hot wallets.
6. Account Management
Deletion
To delete your account and associated data:
- Email privacy@faction504.com from your registered address
- Or use
!deletecommand in Discord (requires confirmation)
Irreversible Action
Deletion is permanent. Any cryptocurrency remaining in your wallets must be withdrawn first or will be forfeited per game rules. We cannot recover deleted accounts.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts for: fraud attempts, bot abuse, harassment via the system, or violations of Discord's Terms of Service. Suspended accounts retain withdrawal rights for 30 days.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be:
- Announced in our Discord server (#announcements)
- Notified via DM to active users
- Posted with a new effective date on this page
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting data usage will require renewed explicit consent.
8. Limitations of Liability
ISC is provided "as is." Faction 504 is not liable for:
- Cryptocurrency value fluctuations
- Network congestion or failed transactions
- Loss of access due to Discord account termination
- User error (sending to wrong addresses, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) your account balance at time of incident, or (b) $100 USD.

By using Iron Swarm Command, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
